We know how to approach software developers. To find matching candidates through our recruitment activities we will use networking, recommendations and social sourcing techniques
APPLICATION SCREENING & INTERNAL INTERVIEWS
During our internal interviews, we go through the background skillset to get to know the candidates who need to be well matched to your company. We analyze their soft skills and we learn how they work in the project. We ask about their approach to problem-solving, how they work within a team and how they communicate.
