“Hi, I’m Magda Brylska - I’m a Founder of LET'S RECRUIT IT.
I’ve worked in recruitment since 2005. For the first 5 years, I worked in an executive search company looking for the best C-Level Candidates for IT/Telco, FMCG, Energy sectors and others.
Next in 2010, I joined one of the biggest IT outsourcing companies in Poland and there I learnt the IT sector from scratch. Over the next years, I worked in different companies as a recruitment consultant and recruitment manager where I was managing recruitment processes, building, and leading teams.
I was defining hiring standards for outsourcing companies, as well as designing and implementing employer branding activities for them.
During the last 10 years, as a practitioner and recruitment manager, I was a part of the IT industry transformation. I observed the launches of the new programming languages, tech trends and their influence on the business market, as well as witnessed the definition of the new team roles in the company structures. As a part of this industry, I also had a chance to participate in the dynamic changes in the recruitment sourcing methodologies and to create many employer & employee branding strategies.
IT industry is one of the most demanding and fast-growing sectors, but to me, it’s also very exciting. Even after the years of experience, there are still fresh challenges and trends appearing and shaping the way we work with the business and people - that’s exactly what I love about my job, that’s what drives me.
I believe in business relations based on trust and partnership - they’re more human, more personal. Such an approach helps me understand my clients, and precisely adjust the solution to their needs. Hence, a few months ago I decided to create a recruitment firm offering personalized services for both candidates and clients.
